Hello, I had a car accident last year August and in this video I summarize all my experience. I thought I was not at fault but my opponent thought differently. We had no insurance for legal protection therefore we went to an arbitration office in Tokyo, which is free of charge. This is my experience and journey. I learned a lot during this time.
